SITE SOLUTIONS SUMMIT GRANTS FOR CLINICAL SITE STAFF

As grant funding continues to contract across health systems, hospitals, and clinics, both public and private, professional development is often the first budget line to go.

Sabai and Scout created this grant program to give selected clinical site personnel the opportunity to attend the SCRS Site Solutions Summit at no cost, then bring what they learn back to their sites to improve operational efficiency, strengthen the patient experience, and advance research practices.

What does the grant cover?

Two grants from Sabai. Two grants from Scout. There are four grants total, each covering:

• Full SCRS Site Solutions Summit conference pass: $1,598
• Travel grant: up to $1,000
• Hotel grant: up to $1,000

Total grant value: up to $3,598 per grantee.

Sabai will register award winners for the conference directly. Scout will coordinate and book travel and hotel on their behalf.

Who can apply?

Open to anyone in any role at a clinical research site or institution – study coordinators, regulatory team members, site directors, and more. Only one application per person will be accepted, but there’s no limit on how many people from the same site can apply.

A fair, independent process

This grant is not conditioned on using Sabai IRB or Scout services and has no bearing on current or future business. The selection committee reviews blinded applications; if a judge is inadvertently unblinded to an applicant they have a business relationship with, they recuse themselves from that review.

What do we ask of winners?

If selected, winners agree to: publish a brief pre-conference LinkedIn post, participate in a short (under 2-minute) video interview at SCRS, and publish a post-conference LinkedIn post recapping their experience.
