As we close another remarkable year together, I reflect on our journey with immense gratitude and pride. 2024 has been a transformative year for us, marked by our rebranding from Meeting Protocol Worldwide to Scout. In the American Western frontier, Scouts were sent ahead of the main group to search for the easiest, safest route forward. This personifies what we do at Scout – we're committed to making the complex easier for our clients, sites, and patients.
A significant transition in our leadership took place this year. Moisha Platto has been appointed as our new CEO, bringing a wealth of experience, intelligence and innovation to our team. Moisha is the first non-Bingham family member to run our company, and he is undoubtedly the right person to guide Scout into its next chapter, ensuring we continue to solve problems, deliver exceptional service, and create value for those we serve.
I have become the Executive Chairman to ensure a smooth transition for Moisha and provide any consultation or knowledge needed to ensure my mother’s legacy endures.
We also forged strategic partnerships with several of the world's top 20 pharmaceutical companies. These collaborations are a testament to our tech-enabled service focus, reinforcing our position as a leader in the industry. As with all our clients, we are humbled and honored that they trust us to take care of their sites and patients.
Looking forward to 2025, I am filled with anticipation and excitement for what lies ahead. Next year will mark an incredible milestone for us – the 30-year anniversary of the founding of Scout. Together, with our dedicated team, clients, and partners, we are poised to keep advancing our mission of enhancing the health of people. Thank you for being an integral part of Scout's success.
